At Nagothu Digital Services Private Limited, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent experience for all users of Shubhvite. Since our platform delivers a digital service where users create and pay for invitations that are sent electronically, the following cancellation and refund policy applies:
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations can be requested within 9 to 15 days of payment, but only if the invitation has not yet been sent to any recipients.
- Once invitations have been sent via WhatsApp, email, or any other channel, the service is considered fulfilled and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will not be provided for invitations that have already been sent or partially used.
- If you believe there has been a technical issue (e.g., invites were not delivered, or the platform malfunctioned), please contact our Customer Support Team within 9 to 15 days of your order.
- Valid refund requests (such as failed delivery due to platform issues) will be reviewed and, if approved, refunds will be issued at the discretion of the company.
Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 9 to 15 working days and issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Payments via Razorpay
- All payments on Shubhvite are securely processed through our payment partner, Razorpay.
- In the case of approved refunds, the amount will be refunded via Razorpay to the same payment method originally used.

Disputes & Chargebacks
- In the event of a dispute or chargeback initiated through your bank, Shubhvite reserves the right to submit proof of service delivery (such as delivery logs or system records) to our payment processor.
- We encourage customers to contact our support team before raising a dispute externally, as most issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently.
