Welcome to Shubhvite, operated by Nagothu Digital Services Private Limited ("Company"). By using our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue using the app.
1.1 Shubhvite enables users to create and send video invitations via SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
1.2 You confirm you have the legal right to contact recipients and will not misuse the service.
2.1 Registration requires accurate user details including full name, email, mobile number, and a password (kept confidential).
2.2 You are responsible for account security and activity.
2.3 We may terminate accounts for false information or misuse.

By using Shubhvite, you agree that we may send you invitations or promotional updates for events through our platform. These may include invitations from brands, businesses, or other event hosts.
We will never give your contact details to them directly. They only reach you through Shubhvite. If you decide to respond to an event or share your details, that is your choice, and the company’s own policy will then apply.
5.1 We use third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, email) for delivery.
5.2 We are not liable for third-party service failures.
6.1 Some features are paid (e.g., premium templates).
6.2 All payments are handled by Razorpay.
6.3 Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
6.4 Users must provide correct payment details.
7.1 Cancellations allowed within 9–15 days if no invites are sent.
7.2 Sent invites are non-refundable.
7.3 No refunds for used/partially used services.
7.4 Valid technical issues must be reported within 15 days.
7.5 Approved refunds via Razorpay within 9–15 working days.
7.6 Contact us before chargebacks; we reserve right to submit proof to Razorpay.
8.1 All content and features are owned by Nagothu Digital Services Pvt. Ltd.
8.2 Users retain rights to uploads but grant us a limited license for service use.
10.1 Service is provided "as-is" with no guarantee of uptime.
10.2 We are not liable for misuse or third-party failures.
11.1 Governed by Indian law including the IT Act, 2000.
11.2 Disputes resolved via arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in [Insert Location].
12.1 We may update Terms and notify users by email or app. Continued use implies acceptance.
13.1 We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations.
